Not one who didn't want to go unfortunately - despite my great charm and obvious good looks (just check avatar :) ) I was repeatedly unsuccessful at it.
But maybe I'm attracted to loyal women??

Here's a step by step
1. Play games your good at (I.E. Football) Agaisnt the guy while the girl is there, make the guy get his *** kicked infront the girl
2. Become Best friends with the girl
3. Ask the guy what he thinks about the girl (If anything offense Report to the girl immediatly)
4. Give her bday presents and shyt
5. Tell her why the guy isnt good enough
6. Once broken up, wait for a couple weeks/months for the girl to get better, comfort her
7. Ask her out
But it's kinda low to do it, I got these tips, never used it, if you're desperate, go ahead

If she's really that committed, it's impossible.
But, if there's some issues in her relationship the only hope you have is to demonstrate that you're better than her current man, and won't have the same issues.
