I read from another question that there is a Quran in the white house. I do not believe this. Is it true??

Yes it is true.. There's also an Islamic Mufti in the white house.. he advices the white house about for example: "When in a party, don't kiss the wife of a Muslim president, etc..."...

They have the Quran there, but never apply it on the international plane.. though I love the American people, I hate their government...

Of course there is! There is a copy of most religious texts in the White House. They have a huge library... but as to if anyone there has ever read it.... that's another question.

I assume they would use it to swear in Muslim members of cabinet, etc.

There is the Jefferson Quran, in the library of Congress...And I'm sure Bush has one somewhere, but I don't think he caan read...

there is an exstensive library in the white house it has holy books from all religions not just christianity and islam

I don't know, but it doesn't seem unlikely. Most likely translation, not original text. If it is Arabic, none of them can read it.

LOL Yeah right...Bush-y would love that.
He can barely understand the comic section of a news paper let alone read something from "the enemy". I really doubt it, I don't oppose it being in there, but I doubt it is.
