It is different for every guy. Perhaps your guy needs some arousal from you. Do everything that can make him hard again. If it doesn't work then there is a problem with him.

He needs to jerk it before you have sex, he will last alot longer.
Most guys cannot get hard again right after they ***, I think like 99% of guys cannot at least for 10-20 minutes.

Have you been doing it a lot lately? More than normal? Maybe he's just tired, physically. And why the assumption that he's got a problem? Maybe he's harboring some issue with you and it's effecting his performance.

It could be stressed related, if he is pressured into performing right away the frustration can cause him to not be able to get hard again right away.
