The police will help with those cases as well or at the very least direct you to who will help.

If it replaced right into a video taken via somebody you already know or if he/she is interior the video then you certainly could record a police record below their call and that they'd start up an entire seek for the guy(s) and doubtless have them arrested. despite if in a case of the video being taken remote places and linked via facebook from a internet site that exhibits many tousled or merciless video clips then which could be something that the police and doubtless even something that the federal government could no longer do something to attain justice for that adverse animal.

ASPCA, local shelter or even the police. NO animal deserves this treatment. i volunteer at a shelter and it is pitiful to see what cruelty ppl can do to animals and see how lovable they still are. do those pets a favor and report it TODAY, so they can be rescued and find good homes and if really bad a judge can forbid them to have any more

Contact your local ASPCA, or animal control. Most cities and states have animal cruelty laws that adress neglect and abuse issues. If you are in a larger city, it may take a week or two, but someone should be out to check on the complaint.

That is awful!! You can call crime stop (the police), or your local aspca, just search on google to find the number. good luck with that, and i am really glad that you are doing something about it rather than just letting it happen! good for you!

Please call the police, so that your neighbor will get a citation. The police will call the local ASPCA for you.
