Is there a way to turn off the sixaxis option for the ps2 version of star wars battlefront II and other ps2 games?

there isn't a option for the game remember that the ps3 sixaxis is only meant for ps3 games.

There shouldn't be a sixaxis option on PS2 games, they wouldn't have been programmed to make use of it.
Also, as the sixaxis has no rumble, it'll ignore the setting for that, too.

The Sixaxis is only used in PS3 games. The PS2 doesn't have Sixaxis, so none of it's games support it.

there is only sixaxis on the ps3 games not ps2 games
