went court for a custody battle now have joint custody between 2 of us. he was taking kids every 2 weeks for 6 months threw court order now refuses taking them when he surpose to is he allowd to do this

You can't force someone to do something against their will. However, you might want to talk to your lawyer.

Make note of when he doesn't show up. If his having joint custody means that he pays no or less child support then you need to go back to court for that. He can't have his cake and eat it too. If he's not going to support them by physically being there then he better dish it out monetarily. This must be hurting your kids a lot also, so do something extra special with them.

I don't think he realized the amount of work involved. It's probably "too much" for him. It's wise to talk to a lawyer being that he is not following the court order. Judge needs to know about it.

he's probably allowed to do anything he wants... i don't know that the court would force him to visit with the kids if he doesn't want to?

i think he's discovered that raising children is a hand full and he can't deal with it!!!

perhaps talk to your legal counsel...? i've never heard of this one.

if You dont want them either, give them to someone who does
i couldnt let mine go for 6 months Anywhere!
