Ok I got a suggestion from a guy suggesting HE might be worth it (spotting me)

have him stand up next to the side of the bed..the long side not the wide..face you..and you face him..remember facing the same side the long side is facing..you should be facing out...then you put a pillow under your butt and lay down and have your butt right on the edge..lift up your legs..and put them on his shoulders..this is great for g spot tickling

In the dressing room at Wal mart, Am kidding lol I don't think there is a best way. Doing something different like somewhere other than the same place . I have so many ideals but I don't think you can do either one. Really, if you love each other,, every way is the best!

You could try some sitting, positions. The penetrating partner sits on an area surface, legs outstretched. The receiving partner sits on top and wraps their legs around the penetrating partner. This could be relaxing, and exciting for both of you.

I like it when my other half is on her side with me behind. This way will save any pressure on your knees pulse you can get deep penetration this way. If not that, then get you man to lay on the bed and you lay on top of him face up. I will have to stop now cos I'm getting exited. Hope this helps?

You probably wouldn't like the front or back pile driver unless you could get a spotter. See if some one can spot you. I might be worth it.

I dated a girl once who had bad knees, too, and it was hard for her to be on top. I had a weight bench (any bench will do) and if I lay on that she could be on top...very hot if she did so facing backwards (reverse cowgirl!) Enjoy!
