It's mainly a tool to relieve some stress in your life as well as make you physically healthier.
I exercise most days and usually, am on my own. So I take this time to just think about things that is bothering me or sometimes, just to get away from it.
Sometimes it helps to stop thinking about issues in your life and take a break. When you come back after a run, you feel refreshed mentally and ready to take another stab at the things that are bothering.
Exercising won't help you solve anything. It's still you solving it. It just helps with your stress levels for sure.
Good luck!

Exercise gives you a great boost of energy for the day. But it in itself does not solve problems. It's something you must do daily, unless you're sick or there is a flood outside.
Working out in a gym gets you around other people, and that can really help.

i really didn;t like uni either (in fact i dropped out of my first uni and did a completely different degree at a different uni - but still didn't particularly enjoy the second one either, but stayed until i got my degree). I never knew what i wanted in life, went through loads of friends and stuff and never felt settled - i am only now figuring out what a want to do and i think for some people it just takes a while to find your thing. I am now happily married (with the boyfriend i was with before we both went off to seperate unis) and starting my own company - so have faith, you will find your place in the world and where you want to go and it will all be fine. But do bear in mind, uni is only 3 years and a good degree can be very useful to getting you up the ladder (especially in the current climate, where there are no jobs anyway so you are better off in uni) Good luck

No, exercise doesn't solve your problems. However, when you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins which induces euphoria and elevates your mood, which is why exercise makes you feel better. Exercise is a good way to cope with the stresses in life.

Exercising will not solve any of your problems. It simply makes you feel better about your current situation.
Eg. If somebody you know just died, exercising may help to try and clear your head, but its not going to bring them back to life. Some people may say that clearing your head is solving one of your problems, so take it as you can.

Exercise can improve your health and make you feel better. That's about it. It's not like a cure-all. It's not going to fix your marriage or your leaky faucet or your financial problems or take stains out of your carpet. It can help give you more energy and a better outlook so you can have more motivation to work on the problems in your life.

No excercise doesn't solve your problems, but it does have a way of relieving stress. It also makes you feel a little more positive about things, things tend to look better, at least for me they do. I'm energied and want to do things, if I don't excercise I don't have much ambition. Keep your chin up! hugs! Von

I know one BIG one; when you get older...
As we all know, as our bodies get older, "parts" eventually break and have to be replaced. Example; catracts. Lenses fog up, you have them removed, plastic lenses put in their place.
PS I had both eyes done, two weeks apart. NO pain, no discomfort!!
With exercise your body is STRONGER so it can handle the stress of replacing parts.
Works for me all the time.
