diet and exercise. you have to burn of fat to get a six pack. run everyday, try to do an hour. cut your calories. no fast food, no junk food, no bread , no pasta ,etc. you know what is bad for you.

1st of all there is no such thing as a 12 pack. to show abs u need to exercise and eat healthy.
