Cut out sugars & some carbs, like breads, pasta, bagels, etc. If you drink soda or high-calorie sugar drinks, replace it with milk, water, or tea. But to lose weight the fastest, you do need to exercise.

You do not want to lose weight too quickly... if you are not exercising, you will have flabby muscles to deal with. If you plan to do this without a structured plan or organization to help, you should enlist another overweight friend to be your Diet Buddy. You will be more likely to stick to your diet if you have someone else who will keep you honest while you are keeping her/him honest. ( If it's a he, he will lose more easlier than you... don't be discouraged.) Do you like to swim? Swimming is a great exercise that will work all the muscles in your body. Stair climbing is another good exercise ... also slow walking is good... it's not how fast you walk but how long and how far.As your body adjusts to the exercise, add a little farther to continue to challenge it.
Cut out the sugar in your diet ...cut down on the carbahydrates
.... Drink lots of water... it helps your body break down the fat into energy your body can "burn" up.Eliminate flavored coffees... if you drink coffee, drink it black... Unsweetened tea... NO sodas... Begin an exercise regime ...slowly and gradually increase it.... Two pounds a week is a healthy speed.... the first week you may lose quite a bit of water weight. But it will taper off after the first couple of weeks. Make sure that you are getting enough protein to replace any muscle fiber that you may lose.... and remember when you have firmed up your body, that muscle weights heavier than fat . I am 5'5 and weigh 135 I am also 28 and have had 3 kids. Also, I don't know what your eating habits are, but it certainly wouldn't hurt for me to tell you that portion is everything. Instead of eating a whole candy bar, eat half of one, hell, eat HALF of everything you eat and you will never have a weight problem.Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, green tea is very good for your body as an antioxidant and help subtly speed up the metabolism. Salads (without fatty dressings and cheese) are very good for you, chicken is the king of meat in my opinion, as long as you don't fry it. Avoid fast food entirely, and walk anywhere you can as often as possible and buy a 10 minute tae bo dvd on ebay. Drink diet sodas and juices (aka - cherry coke zero, sobe lean, crystal light, etc.) avoid sugar, switch to the 100 calorie snack packs, including popcorn. Eat apples, they are very filling! Cheese is an unecessary evil as well, so is milk, if you have to have it, drink the fat free kind. 100 calorie popcorn is a great snack. Eat turkey lunchmeat instead of a whole sandwich, etc. Eating is necessary, over eating is not. I also have a meal shake in place of a meal, I find it incredibly helpful at 3:00 in the afternoon.

Whatever you do, do NOT starve yourself. When your body isn't recieving food, it produces "back-up fat" for you to live off of, which just makes you fatter. What you need to do is watch what you eat. Eat healthier food, and make a habit of it. You also have to exercise; ya know, go on a bike ride or a walk. But since you're only twelve, don't get too involved in dieting. Keep your self-esteem up and don't let anyone judge you. :]

im 29 yrs old 4 kids im overweight too bout 23stone and have various health probs there is a pill that the docs can do on prescriptions that draws all the fat out of what you eat and makes it come out of your other end i cant remember what they r called i was on them but i hadnt lost as much weight as the doc wanted me to give it go u only get 1 go on them if i canbe of more help email me bout your self and i will be happy to help in anyway i can coralmears@btinternet.com.

even though you dont LIKE to exercise, it doesnt mean youll find all exercising to be boring. research a little & find something that looks fun. i run on my parents elliptical machine & i hate that but once i grab my ipod im fine with it. i might even go do that later! but not everyone has easy access to gyms or other equipment i know.
you could run with a friend. its so much better! & you can explore your town (if its not frisco or new york streets lol) & once again, bring your ipod if you have one!
even just walking is great for you! join up a sport! im about to try racquetball out (i chose it for my last year of PE & im a senior).
just read up on here or other sites to find what might appeal to you! good luck! i feel so much better when i exercise!

stop eating chips, cookies, candy, and stuff that have a lot of sugar. well u can eat cookies like once a week maybe. and start eating healthier. Start eating vegetables . ik it's not very tasty but at least u'll loose weight . oh, and start exersizing from time 2 time

get over your dislike of exersizing, find some sort of activity you enjoy for example...swimming, ball playing, power walking with music. You can't just magically lose weight. It starts at eating right and getting your body moving.

eat lots of fruits an dvegetables
stay away from bread.they have lots of carbs causing weight gain
when you fel hungry for chips look at magazines or distracct yourself or eat like carrots or celery
