I was in Brooklyn at the Michael's Bakery on AVE R. Does anyone know the name of this cookie?

It was considered one of the Italian Biscuit cookies. It has raspberry jam and coconut in the middle of two cookies with sugar and walnuts on the top.

I don't know, but next time I'm around Avenue R, I will stop at Michael's. Cookie sounds delicious. There's also a fantastic bakery on Avenue X by the train station.
