Let your Doctor guide you... If you pack it on too quickly, you will be establishing new habits; and,if you do not break those habits, you will continue to put on weight . You will then have a new problem to address.

Boy I wish I had this problem! I would try malts and shakes, and maybe ensure or protein drinks.....but some people can't gain no matter what they do. Are you sure it's weight...and not more muscle that you need? You can build up your muscles just by working out more....and if you are in your teens, you may just need to wait for your body to catch up...but working out does help! What ever you do, stay away from steroids...they are very bad for you.

well eat some fast food but dont over do it.then eat chips and like chocolate coverewd stawberries.but why gain weight stay the skinny you are.unlesss you are killing yourself

you cant gain healthy weight fast, if you want to gain fat ok lots of big macs, ice cream sundaes, fries, fried chicken, pizza, chicken wings ect, if you mean muscle you need high protein lean meats chicken, tuna, turkey, or tofu, beans, peanut butter, nuts ect after working out

white bread, pasta, bananas, chips, anything that has carbohydrates and starch in them guarantee to gain weight..
