No. Parental consent is required at 17. Either get it (talk to your recruiters, they tend to be VERY good convincers), get emanicpated, or wait until you're 18.
But seriously, talk to your recruiters. They are very good at helping out with these types of things.

You can do it, but only under specific circumstances.
1. If you are a ward of the court and the judge signs the order.
2. If you have a legal guardian that can sign the papers.
3. become emancipated.
4. wait until you are 18. Unless your state allows people at 17 to make such decisions.
As has already been said here, talk to the recruiter. They can make a better argument. Otherwise, talk to a lawyer (a legal aid center might help you and not charge you for the work) and ask them to help you file the papers. Perhaps you have some extenuating circumstances that will help you out.

Find an illegal immigrant and ask them where they get their fake documents from. Go see the fake document maker and say you want a full set of fake papers that lists your birth year as one year earlier than you were actually born.
That's it. It's the only way - you need to lie, cheat and steal your way in if your parents wont sign the consent forms, or wont emancipate you by signing away their parental rights.
Of course, if you are found using these illegal documents, it is now a federal felony under Homeland Security rules, so you may be charged with all sorts of terrorism related things if you do so.

FYI to the above: you're a criminal grownup at 18. properly, the army says determine or criminal mum or dad. in case you have been emancipated, you would be your guy or woman criminal mum or dad, so i think of they'd take that. Ask a recruiter, they decide so which you would be able to connect. That seems a sprint severe although. have you ever pronounced it with them lots?

I do not believe so. Call your local recruiting station and ask one of them. They can give you all of the up to date regulations and stuff but I'm pretty sure they can't sign you up.
