She is a year old this month and is a teacup chiuwawa or however you spell it. She is always whinning. I don't think she's in pain whats wrong?

Dont listen to the ones that say there no such thing as a teacup. My husband dad friend lol, has one I know there real. Anyways I have a chiuwa. and every now and then he will cry. but my great dane mixed with bull mastiff still crys I dont know y but hes stops. I think they just get bored lol GL!!

My chihuahua mix dog did this right before she went into her first heat cycle. It could also mean she isn't feeling well if whining isn't normal for her. Dogs hide pain well and if she is complaining, and usually doesn't, it's time for her to be seen by the vet. There are so many medical reasons she could be whining. If the vet finds nothing wrong, at least you will have peace of mind.

She might just want attention. OR she could be in some sort of pain. If you don't think she is whining because she wants attention, take her to the vet. Also, check her paws. She might have something stuck in them!

My foster dog did this and we found out later she had a bladder infection and ear infection, and after we got rid of them, she stopped. I think she was in pain, we just didn't know it. Maybe this is what's up with your dog. Try having her checked out to make sure she's not hurt.

I have a long haired chihuahua who does the same thing. She's "talking". If they are in pain, it's a short, sharp yelp.

Perhaps she is in a love triangle with your neighbors rodent?
