No, you would not experience any effects, as the amount would be significantly lower than the detection level of most drug testing assays. Drugs can be detected in semen, like cocaine, for example, however it is not a fluid of choice for testing and would only be used in forensic settings. You have little to worry about testing positive for drugs, and more so to be concerned about viral transmissions like Hepatitis C and HIV.

The amount of drug material passed from person to person this way would be very small, and I suspect that most standard tests would not come up positive. On the other hand, I don't know how sensitive the tests are, so you'd get better information from a professional chemist or police forensics expert.

You have bigger worries. The amount of drug would be below the sensitivity level of the screening tests, but his viral load might be significant, and druggies are often carriers of some nasty viruses.

No. But I'd be worried about viruses! Depends which drugs your partner is using. Smoking weed no problem. IV stuff :(

No you wouldn't. However you would be at risk of contracting any number of sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS or Hepatitis. You would be better off dumping the man or at least using a condom.
