When you leave the train station go to your right hand side. There is a square there with lots of shops. If I'm not mistakes they all sell cigarettes. Since all cigarettes have the same price in Belgium it doesn't really matter where you buy them...
Unless you are looking for something special off course.

Hello, the Central station has several exits:
The big side(Astridplein) when you stand with your back to the station it's at the corner of(Statiestraat) their you will find the biggest selection of Tobacco.
Then there is also a other exit to the side of Keyserlei(midden statie) there is also a paper shop there selling also Tobacco.
Or 20 min. walking a big supermarket GB at the end of the Meir 'shopping center at the corner of" Beddenstraat", you walk trough go down with the escalator and then you have the supermarket over there they sell them also in big packets on a separate till.

There should be some places along the Meir where you can buy cigs. The Meir is the main street directly across from the Central Station. It's big and it's busy. You can't miss it. It's pronounce "may-eer".
