And who told you this illuminating information....a time traveler? Otherwise you have a bible verse that states this?

EDIT: I'm guessing you're addressing your newest remarks about being "smart-mouthed" to me. Yes, I probably was, but I also asked a logical question about the Bible verse -- which you still haven't posted, which kind of disproves your question.

If you were told that (probably in a religion class) it's just to show you that Jesus was human. Toddlers and babies are always difficult to deal with... it doesn't mean he was a devil child lol (no pun intended) but yes, it probably means there were hard times every once in a while. For example... I recall a story where Jesus went to some church or temple to pray and Mary was looking all over him but couldn't find him and once she did all Jesus had to say for himself was that he wanted to be with or talk to his father or something along those lines... but yah... Just think how much of a brat Mary thought he was in that instance. lol. But yah, look into it if you want. Hope I helped a little.

No, he was inquizitive.I hate the term BRAT, because if a child is active, they are labeled brat. What is a child suppose to act like? A little adult or a robot?

Read Luke 2:41 :
The Boy Jesus at the Temple
41 Every year Jesus' parents went to Jerusalem for the Festival of the Passover. 42 When he was twelve years old, they went up to the Festival, according to the custom. 43 After the Festival was over, while his parents were returning home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but they were unaware of it. 44 Thinking he was in their company, they traveled on for a day. Then they began looking for him among their relatives and friends. 45 When they did not find him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for him. 46 After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. 47 Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers. 48 When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, "Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you."

49 "Why were you searching for me?" he asked. "Didn't you know I had to be in my Father's house?" [e] 50 But they did not understand what he was saying to them.

51 Then he went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart. 52 And as Jesus grew up, he increased in wisdom and in favor with God and people. (End of excerpt).

A study note from the student bible says: "...many scholars believe Luke must have interviewed Mary, mother of Jesus, during his investigations into Jesus' life. Hence the "...But his mother treasured all these things in her heart."

I personally recommend spending time with all children of the same age of Jesus (12) at this time. You will be amazed at the compassion and wisdom of these young people.

There is no biblical support for this claim.

We have several instances when Jesus was in the temple, but that does make him a "brat".

there is too much information on Jesus as a child to form that much of an opinion. I know that he did start witnessing until he was in his 30's.

I believe he was a normal but well behaved child. at a young age he "ran away" his mother was worried sick & when he was found he was at the synagogue. He told his mother not to worry for she should have known he would be in his fathers house. a child, fairly normal, yet extraordinary!

He DIDN'T KILL THAT KID!!! He raised him up IN ORDER TO CLEAR HIS NAME! And so what if he wanted to play on a Sunday? He had every right to do so, it was the arrogant priests who made all those stupid laws about not doing ANYTHING on a Sabbath.
