I doubt it. If you lack humor here you will lack humor there too. Sounds like a fun place huh.
I have prayed that I am not housed with the fundies up there.

I believe we lose all Earthly things.
People like to talk about being together in the afterlife as a reunited family. I disagree, since we don't have bodies. Souls don't have bodies.
And when we die, things like human emotions go away. I believe we'll have "good cheer", but not a sense of humor -- we won't need to wryly comment on things.

If your eye got poked out in this life
Will it be waiting up in heaven with your wife....?
(Crash Test Dummies)
An unfortunate side-effect of the born again process seems to be a death of the sense of humor. I've also seen a strange relationship to being born again and seeing anything Thomas Kincaid does as "art".
Also, "Family Circus." Sweet mother of god!

IN HEAVEN:
You recieve a body fashioned after Christ's Glorious Body, He has prepared a Place for us, a Mansion and Streets of Pure Gold but the Greatest Thing About Heaven is that we are in the Presence of God the Father, Christ, our Lord and Savior and the Holy Ghost.Amen
John 14:1-4 (King James Version)
King James Version (KJV)
John 14
1Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

What is its perfect state?
When you were two weeks old and incontinent/
When you were one and unable to talk properly?
When you were 16 and hormone imbalanced?
When you were 80 and had Alzheimers?
Heavenly perfection makes no logical sense at all given these experiences.

You wanker, get a job and stop living on the dole. You are the one with no sense of humour or sense of irony. Oh by the way, why did you name yourself after a third rate loser heroin addict "musician" who will go down in history as a loser. Give us more Clash & less Pistols...
