Breasts do not make the woman!
Your attitude and personality do!
The important thing is to get and stay healthy. If surgery is needed, they can actually do plastic surgery later to rebuild your breast!
Anyone who would not want you because you have had surgery is not worth having! You deserve better!
Good luck

As a breast cancer survivor in my late 40's, if a guy was only interested in my breasts, I wouldn't want him!
You are far more important than the 2 lumps of fat tissue on your chest!
BTW, my first lover after surgery was while I was still going through chemo and totally bald as well!

I understand ho wyou feel to a point. I was only 19 when diagnosed with Breast cancer. I felt so alone. here I was, 19, supposed to be at the peak of my "sexuality and attractiveness", dealing with surgeries, treamnets, CANCER... Dealing with it at any age is not easy, but trust me, there are men out there that love women for them, not for their boobs or hair. My boyfriend stuck with me through the whole thing. He loves me for kicking *** and surviving. Remember, "Survivors are Sexy". This is going to sound odd, but hear m eout. I found alot of support on MySpace. I know, I know, you think Myspace is for teens, BUT, there are MANY women, all diffrent ages who are in diffrent stages of their fight with Breast Caner. I invite you to view my page ( www.myspace.com/breastcancerf i g h t e r ). You will see I have ober 100 women on my friend list, some are survivors, some are fighting, some have had friends or family with Breast Cancer. there are even wonderful support groups on there that you can lay all your fears, concerns, frustrations an dtriumpgh out there! Good luck to you. remember, right now you being healthy and getting through this is most important!
