Well, you are 15 years old so it's hard to say, if you are overweight. The BMI says, that a person your high should weight about 160 so she's not overweight. But on the other side the BMI was made for fully grown people, you will grow some more in the next few years so you shouldn't worry about the BMI. If you feel comfortable in your body stay the way you are. If you don't... loose weight. But do it the right way by eating the right stuff... Weight watchers worked great for me

I don't know but here's how you can find out go to the website below and click on the link after it says, "Click here to." You will be directed to a free BMI calculator provided by Yahoo!. BMI stands for body mass index which tells if your weight is healthy as according to your height. Take the calculation. However, I must tell you, I took it too. I'm an inch shorter and only 15 pounds lighter and I'm not overweight.

There are many consideration for your wt. Your only 15. Please don't be so hard on yourself. Sometimes how much you weigh is herditary. It could be your health, such as hormone problems. Exercise and eating right and feeling good about who you are in, your heart and in your mind will help you loose weight. Don't set your goals to high, and do it gradually. How much you want to weigh is up to you.

you're not very overweight but i would say you should measure your bmi, because thats what really matters. Weight can me made up of fat and muscles. If it is made of fat than thats bad. Also check your body fat %. 7% is very lowest you should have, if you're athletic, but if you're above 20 you really should start losing some fat
