God knew that English was the perfect language. That's why He wrote the Bible in English. He also knew that the English words "I" and "Eye" would sound the same.

The "I" is the irreducibly complex self and proves the existence of man.
The "eye" is the irreducibly complex organ and proves the existence of God.

How can someone not see the beauty of the parallelism of the two sentences? God knew these sentences would be parallel and that is why he chose to have intelligent design advocates discuss the irreducible complexity of the eye rather than another organ.

Keep in mind the fact that it doesn't matter that the eye is not actually irreducibly complex. The beautiful parallelism in the statement above is all the proof required of Intelligent Design.

In fact, God worked so hard on making that linguistic parallelism that he didn't have time to create good arguments for intelligent design. That's why all ID arguments (including this one) are so weak.

God never wrote a word of the bible. Furthermore, the creators of the bible used Hebrew and Aramaic. It was (hold on, a big word here) translated into English.

The Bible was not written in English. It has been translated several different times into English. My advice to you is to buy a book about religious history and read it several times.

The first person personal in the English language is "I." In Spanish, it is "yo." In French, it is "je." To believe that poetry has anything to do with Intelligent Design is rather silly. A womb rhymes with gloom. A penis rhymes with Venus. A nose rhymes with rose....or maybe hose. A knee rhymes with flea.

If Intelligent Design advocates use the complexity of the eye as an argument for their beliefs, they are grasping at straws. The human eye is very complex, but no more complex than the eyes of tigers, who can see in the dark. Humans, who stagger around in the dark, were not given this privilege.

I just can't comprehend a God sitting at a desk making linguistic paralellisms. In fact, it sounds as if we have descended into sheer lunacy.

The Bible was written in ancient Hebrew and in Aramaic - a form of early Greek. The English language didn't even start to exist in its modern form until 1066 when the Battle of Hastings occurred in England. The bible couldn't possibly have been written in English as at the time the English language didn't even exist yet.

Either you are putting people on, or you really don't know what you are talking about. There is absolutely no proof of Intelligent Design - none. So your point is???

Um, there's only one way that I can disprove of this...God didn't write a word in the Bible, and it wasn't in English, it was in Aramaic and Hebrew. There is no beauty in the paralllism of the two. And all it proves that that "I" and "eye" sound the same. Nothing more or less, and "I" is just a title for oneself, and "eye" is the organ that we use to see. That's it. And I hope that the last part of this means that you are kidding, if not, then I pity you.

,Evolutionist I think believe that the fish, we came from when they left the sea and grew feet to do so. The eye of the fish is extraordinarily wondrous. So you see God created eyes for many animals, fish and birds. So God is great. Does it matter so much how or when he did it. He did it all with The Son. Why does it have to be a contest about how he did it, instead of poof, there it is.

Does that mean we are reptilian instead of mammals?

Easily. Darwin himself did it. Begin with a light-sensing patch of cells. This is obviously helpful, as it tells us the difference between night and day - so you can tell when possible predators may be around. And it goes from there. We have simple circiuts that can sense light. Easy enough to do. No god required.
