This plant has suddenly grown up outside my house. It is about 6 feet tall,and has a thick stem (maybe about 2 inches diameter. It is almost like a tree! The little green buds are from the plant, the orange flowers are not. The little green buds sprout into little white flowers.

google it to find more details and the english name

guess why it "grew suddenly"? a bird ate the fruit (purple) and went to poo while sitting on your fence or so
