Ie fireman, police, and army trining for example trains you for the job then you get one when you pass/graduate.

Likewise bus driving training then you have to stay in the job for a set period of time.

Apprenticeships such as electrican/plumbers should as well plus you can be self employed


Ie you need a trainneship by the compnay itself

No a school can't know if you will have what it takes and there aren't jobs at all in some fields people study.
They might graduate 1,000 Air traffic controllers but find not one job for the ones who weren't in the military to get experience.
