Perhaps if he was 13 months, maybe but my family is soon to go on a cruise and Everyone needed their OWN passport giving their Own social security number...So I would definately call them and make certain...But I have a feeling they won't let it slide.....

I think it depends where you are coming from. In the UK every child has to have their own passport from birth. I would check with the office that issued your passport to be certain.
