I don´t know what is happening in your country right now, but here in Mexico it´s really getting hot and wet. I recorded some TV-News also. Feel free to watch my other videos also in youtube. They are in different languages. I really would like if you could help me in finding people who can give my message to other countries, because as more people we are
as better we can do something for this planet. Global Warming is real, even a blind man can see it (even feel it). So I hope I can count on you. There is nothing to loose, but we can win everything in turning off our lights on 9 th of september (local time) for 9 minutes. Once this is in the news, more doors can get opened. Also thousands of scientist say thats true and I saw even BBC documentals who say the same. I recomend you to watch the movie: AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH (It received many awards, even 2 oscars!) Look, I just want to help. I not even have interests in money. Here in Mexico everybody is on my side, because really in the last years everything changed. And thats not normal. I even saw here in the news that in England there were towns under water! Here is it the same. Our presidents are acting too slow. Thats why I am getting desesperated. Sorry, I just want to do something good.

I will definitely pass on the message, but I can't understand most of it as I speak no languages except English. I have been equally concerned as there have been major flooding in parts of England which is the most severe it has been for many decades. We had our summer in April for about 2 weeks (as oppose to early June to September) and then again just now for a week. Many of my friends have commented, but why is it not spoken about on the regular news.
We now have a separate recycling bin and normal bin but most people don't care. Why are the weather and news channels not using every disaster, every death that has occurred because of these unnatural floods, to wake people up to these facts.
I know the earth has cycles, but not man made ones. If the earth is doing its thing, then fine, but not if we are the reason it is happening at an accelerated rate. We are changing the natural footprint that the earth should take. A lot of people think it is a few generations away or doesn't believe it at all, so why bother, BUT ITS HAPPENING NOW PEOPLE! It makes me sad to think that we are not just killing our future and our children's future, but we are now killing this planet.

I thought GW caused DROUGHTS but now you are telling me that GW is causing it to be more wet? Next thing you know we will be hearing the cooler temperatures this year are also caused by GW.

How do you expect anyone to take you seriously if you can't even get your story straight? And what exactly do you hope to accomplish by turning off your lights for 9 minutes? Wouldn't it save more energy to turn off your air conditioner and fans for the whole summer? Or are you still concerned with your own comfort?

Oh look, another egotistical liberal who thinks that he can con people into believing false "evidence". I love how you people completely discount the fact that the Earth has gone through several global warmings and coolings, and humans have only been capable of industrialization since the late 18th century. The liberal-environmentalist theory that humans are the only/main cause of global warming is completely egotistical.

in the beginning this isnt a question 2nd, it incredibly is insane to have faith that via banding jointly and going "green" for an afternoon, a single day holiday of the three hundred and sixty 5 days, that we are able to make a distinction. in basic terms like the stupid chain emails asserting, "no person purchase gasoline on such and such date" the subject concerns you run into are one maximum people who dont purchase gasoline on that day will the two purchase the day in the previous, or the day after, so in essence you alter no longer something. 2 gasoline stations dont purchase gasoline on a daily foundation, they pay a set fee in accordance to how lots crude oils is according to barrell, so no longer procuring gasolline on a single day doesnt harm the great oil businesses, it in basic terms takes funds out of the small enterprise proprietors pocket and then the clientele pocket because of the fact the small enterprise gasoline station proprietor then will advance costs via a penny or 2 to make up the type... be clever.... going "green" is interior the mainstream, and the government.is already engaged on regulations and rules to place a dent interior the subject....

Well, I hope that the majority of the world doesn't feel the same as a few people here. How can people not believe that global warming is for real? We witness more hurricanes, tornado's, flooding and drought because of global warming. Everyone needs to open their eyes and realize that the earth is in fact suffering from too much CO2 and it is us that is creating the majority of it.

Heck, it might be a positive thing for stupid humans to become extinct on such a beautiful planet. Mother earth will have the last word!

My spiritual group invited a speaker from An Inconvenient Truth. It opened my eyes and made me change a few things in my house and life!

Whilst i agree there is global warming i believe its nothing more than a cyclical change, just like the ice age. Unfortunately the government of the UK has jumped on the bandwagon and started "pollution" taxes. ie 4X4 cars being taxed more as they pollute the environment.
Should farmers be taxed to high heaven as the cows they keep produce more methane than anything on earth?
I appreciate your opinion but think youve been conned.

Global warming is as real as the Y2K bug. It isn't any warmer today than it was at any other time in the past.

So it's a littler warmer or wetter. That's weather, not climate.

The Earth is not "sick", it's just going through normal cycles. Soon we'll be fearing the advancement of the glaciers and global cooling.

Hans, I hate to tell you this, but global warming is probably the best thing that can happen to Earth. It will wipe out most of the Human race and voila no more Global warming for a very long time. The Earth will not Die, just us screwball humans

As you live in Mexico, you're obviously not up to speed on this whole global warming thing. The whole thing is a con and was totally made up. Do you remember the concert, encouraging people to drain the power grid, by tuning in and taking frequent tea/coffee breaks. And now YOU want us to turn our lights off! Could it be at 11.30pm, cos that's when I go to bed and TURN THE LIGHTS OFF? You watch too much youtube mate!

If you get everybody to turn their lights off and turn them back on at the same time you will probably trip a breaker and crash the power grid.

I do not know what good that will do, but it should get you some attention.
