the father has a mental illness and i feel he mentally is incapible of taking this all on himself ..the 15yr old and besides he used me to get him he was in a stable relationship with me and now he is moving out w/the child and there will be no stability and i know he cant controll this child and shouldnt have him alone with out someone over seeing things.. the mother lost all rights so what do i do here about this situation?

Contact the mother and explain the situation to her immediately and then have hr petition the courts for an emergency hearing for remodification hearing for child custody and be there for her and do the same for your child before he disappears somewhere in the world. Get any medical records that relate to his condition for the courts. You or mom shouldnt have any problem in regaining custody here
