What is an HDR signal?

Prchased hd tv but nothing comes , screen reads no HDR signal.

I think HD means high data rate. Anyway, it sounds like you're not feeding any signal to it. What sources are you hoooking it up to? Antenna, canle, satellite, DVD? Need more info.

Nothing comes from where?

If you connected cable or off-the-air TV, first you need to do a channel scan so the TV can find channels.

If you connected a DVD player or set-top box, make sure the cables are connected correctly and you select the appropriate input. Check your TV manual.
