It wasn't voted upon to decide what's a breed. Anyone who's taken Science 101 can figure this one out. Grow up.
"bigger dogs are dogs" That really makes sense. Maybe you should take Logic 101 too. Maybe you can spot the fallacy in that reasoning.

My papillon (slightly larger than a chi, but still) is more dog than any rott that I've ever met. It's not the size of an animal, it's the personality that makes them what they are.
PS-
I happen to like rats. Chihuahuas on the other hand, that's another story.

Pllllbt! You are mean. If it kisses you and jumps around barking because you got home it is a dog. If you prefer big dogs fine, just make sure you have the hour or two every day it needs to walk him. And it is Chihuahua I believe.

You don't know what your talking about!!! Chihuahua's make excellent dogs, and their great for living in a small space like an apartment.
