i do both.i buy CDs and download music from the internet i just keep the buying option for later till money is available

What I have decided to start doing is buy the CD's for the new albums that are coming out, but if I wanted an old album I'll download it from iTunes.

I buy second hand cd's from ebay, its cheap and you get the real thing, with the inlay and its legal!
I have downloaded one or two from time to time.

well i used to do it illegally for a long time. but now i use itunes for both cd's and songs

Use limewire. You can download songs for free. And its not illegal!
