u can cook it with melted butter over the top , baste it on with dried herbs and bake it in a 325 degree oven for 2 hours or do a quickie if u are really hungry and bake it 400 degrees for 45 minutes it will done and juicy.

400 for 2 hour's lidded then bake 30 bminute's with lid off to brown
