ok so i have the whole animated picture and everything and then i have just a plain simple picture, i was wondering how i can put the simple picture next to the animated one
ive already tried it on paint and i dragged them next to each other but the anmiated picture didnt work
anybody know?

It depends on the type of animation you're using. When you mention that you have an animated picture, I'm thinking it's an animated GIF type file. If it were an actual video, I assume that you would have stated so.
If you want to put an animated GIF image side-by-side with a still picture, you're going to need a GIF animation program. The only one I'm familiar with is from Ulead and it's called (oddly enough) GIF animator. It's included with their PhotoImpact photo editing software.
I don't know of any free GIF programs out there...
If what you have is a video clip then I'd look into Windows Movie Maker which is part of Windows XP (sp2 or higher).

Try the link below for a free animated gif program. An animated gif (Graphic Interchange File) is a series of pictures linked together in one file that steps through the files a few times a second. Depending on the properties of the file it can one picture or 50. It can show a mini video or a series of different photos. Have fun, Good luck!

use photoshop cs2 or cs3 very nice animator there
