*rolls eyes* Skeptics do like to put little "one-liners" down, thinking they've scored against Christianity. Anyway, for some reality about Thomas:
None of the disciples really believed until they saw Jesus come back, not just Thomas. He's just the one who said so, so hes known as "doubing Thomas." Poor guy. He would have been perfectly alright to not belive, if Jesus had not have told them he would rise after three days. It's a matter of trust.
Second, he believed right afterwards. Like the mostly intelligent, more intelligent than you, human he is.

No. A truly intelligent person would not have been a desciple in the first place, unless he was in on the scam.

I doubt that we have any realistic way of determining Thomas' IQ, or of any of the others, however he may seem so through the highly dubious 'writings' that are available, mostly due to the high probability that he was Yashua's twin brother. He could well, therefore, have had a much different perspective on his sibling's person and behaviour.
'Thomas' means 'twin', and it is thought that Yashua was the first-born, and Thomas came second. Both were older than their other, equally illustrious, brother, James, who became the head of the Jerusalem Church after Yashua left the scene.
In any event 'intelligence' is a highly illusive 'quality'.

Of course not. Actually, the Bible points out one negative thing about Thomas. The first time after his resurrection that Jesus appeared at a meeting where the apostles were assembled, Thomas was NOT there. He missed that meeting. (John 20:24) If he had been there, he would not have doubted who Jesus was the next time Jesus appeared to the apostles. (Vs. 27)
Did Thomas think Jesus was God? Consider this: Jesus is a god. “God” means a strong one. Christ is called “The mighty God” at Isaiah 9:6, “a god” at John 1:1 (NW), and “the only-begotten god” at John 1:18 (NW). Jehovah is not the only god or strong one. The very fact that he is called the Almighty God indicates that there are other gods not so mighty, not almighty like him. So Thomas could call Jesus God, but not THE God, and three verses later Jesus is called “the Son of God,” as we read: “But these have been written down that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God, and that, because of believing, you may have life by means of his name.” So there was no objection to John’s reporting that Thomas addressed Jesus as a deity, and certainly John does not say that Thomas’ address to Jesus was to make us believe that Jesus was The God, but says it was to make us believe Jesus was God’s Son. In this same chapter (20:17) Jesus said: “I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.” He was not ascending to himself.

No,why would you post such a question? Are you a troll?
Assuming otherwise,we have no means of accomplishing a comparative study of the disciples in terms of raw intelligence. Assuming a troll, you are not actually as slyly witty as you perceive yourself.
Why do all atheists - no matter how poorly educated - have this exalted opinion of themselves? I've yet to meet one who didn't imagine they posessed a genius I.Q. And yet most impress educated people as mind-numbing mediocrities,if even that.

Thomas is the first doubter based on science. Only when he observed, did he believe. I don't think this is a sign of intelligence.

No he was merely the most skeptical. Don't confuse skepticism with intelligence or wisdom. It is one thing to study and learn something and to learn how to use it. It is another to just deny what you don't immediately understand.
