you mean other then the obvious? Personality differences are usually attributed to the breed, not the sex of the cat. But there are generally no significant differences between male and female cats other then the obvious difference in sex.

The male has a penis, the female has ovaries. But in the looks, the male seems more sturdy, more rough-ish features and the female has a bit of more "feminine" look, a more softer look.
