First off...it wasn't an apple. It was the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. And it had NOTHING to do with what we refer to as civil disobedience.
Where do they come up with this crap?

If we believe that the Bible is true, then no. Eve eating the apple was just like a two-year old taking candy from the store. They were too naive to understand that what they were doing they shouldn't do. Eve didn't have enough knowledge of right and wrong to know she was doing wrong, (right? she couldn't, she hadn't eaten the apple yet) Unless every shop lifting toddler is considered civilly disobedient, then Eve isn't either.

No, because sin didn't exist BEFORE she ate the apple.
Sin only came into existence as a RESULT of eating the apple, remember? Afterwards is when sin came into being.
So Eve's eating the apple itself couldn't have been a sin or an act of civil disobedience, or disobedience of any kind because she was absolutely incapable of sin, she had no sin nature.
Her sin nature didn't come into being until AFTER she ate the apple. Before that, sin didn't exist.
See what a mess the Church made of the story in Genesis in order to invent their theory of Original Sin?
Source: Me, Jewish (we don't have such a concept as Original Sin)

No that was not the original sin as many people believe.
God told Adam and Eve don't eat the fruit of that tree or you will die> That was plain and simple command.
But a very high up powerful angelic creature heard that command. He wanted to get the worship given to God.
He was in fact the covering cherub of the garden of Eden.
He told a lie, he said, "you won' t really die at all but you will be inlightened and smart and you can decide for yourself what is good and bad. So in essence called god a liar.
Can;'t be two truths and later in the bible calls Satan the father of the lie. Calling it the original sin.
So the original sin was actually a lie.

I think the first act of disobedience was that Eve did not go to Adam before she made the decision to eat that forbidden apple. : )

I'd think (according to Christianity, of course) the first act of any disobedience was from Satan (before he was cast out) allowing his pride and presumption of equality with God constrain him to disobedient acts to prove an equality he could never have, was it not?
Afterall, it was Satan who tempted Eve to eat the apple.

The bible doesn't say it was an apple. Just a fruit. As far as your question, it appears so--assuming the bible is true, of course.

sure. The duo have been enlightened in so a techniques as they became unsleeping of self, and self will. it is all. How can there be awareness of something it is subconscious? because of the fact the backyard of Eden incident, God has persisted to bare himself as a private Being, no longer an subconscious unifying rigidity.
