the employers typically have deniability if they have been given fake ID and antidiscrimination law actually has limited what they could do. It is clear that the illegal immigrants came illegally and took services others pay for without the right to be here, however, so they are more clear cut as being at fault.

Don't get me wrong I am against illegal immigration I think they should be like everyone else and do the paper work.
But only people like me and you can stop businesses from using illegals and boycott them yes you'll have to pay a little more but that's the way of it. That's what I do. however I never have used them but I do think that homeowners who use them shouldn't be held accountable. many people I know have used them at their house to do little stuff like clean their yards etc. that they cant do themselves but also wouldn't be able to pay a company to do it and it save their yards from looking rundown. And if you look back when the illegals where just doing stuff like that it wasn't a problem now they're moving into the job market and now its a problem so shut down the businesses who use them buy not using the business.

You are correct, the employers that hire the illegals are just as much to blame for the situation as the illegals.

I would suppose it depends on the source of your information... watching Lou Dobbs on CNN each evening, I see HIM lambaste and berate the employers.
SMART elected representatives are seeking to strengthen and ENFORCE current laws... Cities and Counties nation-wide are trying to punish employers when the Federal Government fails to do so.
BUT... still, the term Illegal Immigrant says it ALL... THEY are in violation of the law. Deport all 12-25 million of them.

because they should not be here any way, so entry is illegal, so is tax evaision, so is tax fraud, so is using public services such as medical or welfare when you have a job.
Once you enter here illegally, you continue to commit a cascade of crimes. As for the employers, they need to be punished also for harboring criminals and for tax fraud.
Lets face it. If nobody hired them, they would probaly starve and go back where they belong.
Don hire them, dont help them, its your patriotic duty to turn in these criminals because the law is the law and they steal from us every day.
Realize this, they dont help us, why should we help them

Which came first? The chicken or the egg? Without the illegals breaking our laws by entering our country illegally, there would be no illegals to hire.

Ummm, because there are 20 million of them. They are a little hard to miss. People tend to notice the effect and not the cause.
That being said, we should be looking at the cause. Do away with the magnets that bring them here and the problem will correct itself.

THERE IS A LAW AGAINST HIRING ILLEGALS BUT IT IS HARDLY BEING ENFORCED.
REMEMBER BACK EAST A FACTORY WAS INVADED AND A LOT OF ILLEGALS WERE ARRESTED..
WHAT AN OUTCRY! POOR LITTLE ILLEGALS..!!
WHAT THEY CAN DO IF THEY CANNOT FIND WORKERS IS HAVE THE JAILS SEND OUT INMATES TO MAKE THEM WORK THE COST OFF OF KEEPING THE INCARCERATED...
