Why didn't it occur to you to ask the physician who prescribed them for you? Laypeople such as ourselves on the internet don't have a clue what your medical history is, and have at best only a cursory idea of what's contra-indicated for any medication you may take in conjunction with OTC remedies. So, do yourself a favor: ask the professional. If you can't return to the physician's office, consult the nurse there with your question. The nurse can get a reliable response from the doctor and return your call if necessary.

midol is ibuprofen so it might not go well with your other prescription. best ask your ob-gyn. in the meantime, drink warm water & use a hot compress on your ab region to reduce the cramps.

Read the leaflet enclosed in your perscription pills or check the name of them on google.

If all your taking is an antibiotic then it should be ok to take a painkiller.
See the product information on both pills for contraindications.
