if i were on 43rd St. in NYC how long would it take to get to 50th and broadway to see mama mia?

That'd take a couple of minutes in a car, but you have to account for traffic and however long it takes you to park. (You're seriously better off walking, if that's an option.)

that depends where in 43rd st are you if u are in the west side you are closer but if you are in the east side you are a little farther away. also will you be going walking or in a car
if there is no traffic you should be there in 2-3 minutes but that's almost impossible so i'll say 10 minutes or so.

It will take you longer in a car than it will walking, with traffic and parking. Figure 10 minutes to walk, and half an hour just to find someplace to park.

I walked from 48th street to 60th or 61st & it took 15-20mins.
Depends on traffic also! I'd say about 30mins +
