What are the top ten airforces in the world. I heard greece has a good one.?

I couldn't find one concise list, but I can say that none of them had Greece in the top ten category.
This is an example of only one list I came across.
1.USA(well-funded, well-trained, top-of-the-line aircraft)
2.Russia(amazing natural pilots, although not enough flying time, amazing aircraft)
3.India(well-trained, large air-force, well funded)
4.China(HUGE airforce, bad training, relatively bad pilots naturally, very old aircraft)
5.Israel(amazing pilots, great aircraft, experience)
6.Britain(great pilots, okay aircraft)
7.France(great aircraft, good pilots)
8.Germany(amazing training, okay aircraft)
9.Japan(okay pilots, good aircraft)
10.South Korea(or they will be with the F-15K's)(okay pilots, good aircraft)

You're right Greece has a fantastic Air Force, if you were at the 2004 Olympic games and looked closely to the skys you would catch a glimpse of a fantastic aerial display, but the lack long range aviation and significant aircraft numbers
In no particular order (mainly because they all have strengths and weaknesses):
United States, England, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Israel, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, India, China

Air force 1 is the American presidential plane sweetheart!!

It is not an air force..

I guess no country can compete with American hardware, therefore, they must have the best technologically advanced air force.
If you are reffering to best pilots then that is an altogether different question and the answer is probably NOT Americans (although they would be in the top ten).I heard that when NATO conduct war games, Greek pilots are reported to be amongst the most capable.

I say we put it to the test and bomb the hell out of them. Israel and Saudi Arabia must have a pretty good one, seeing as they get everything from the U.S.
