Does a Drivers Permit also have the same ID# you would get when you recieve your Drivers License?

Question

Will the ID # be the same for both the Drivers License and the Permit. Currently I am about to get my Permit, and I need the ID# for a form that I am filling out would it be sufficient to write the Permit ID# ? or do I have to wait to get my License before I can fill out the forum? My questions are ?

1: do I have to wait to get my License before I can fill out the forum?
2: Are the Permit ID# and License ID# the same? since I believe they are both 9 digits?

no your permit # and license # will be different. my daughter just got her license and the #'s were different although they both are 9 digits.

You didn't say what type of form you need to fill out. Is it tied to the permit/license in any way or some other transaction you are making? The numbers on the permit and the license will probably not be the same. Ask whoever needs the number which one they need.

I am not sure where you are, but in Ontario your driver license number stays the same as long as it's the same category (There are 3 stages here). It is based on your date of birth and last name along with some other numbers. So you can go ahead and use it in any form you wish. The only difference would be that your ID card will have your photo as well.

you could take the try online in case you choose and counting on how long it takes you to try this you could only schedule an afternoon to get your enable as quickly because it says ''You handed!'' or regardless of and once you pass to the DMV they have u take a 2 sec eye examination (they only say study line #) and then u provide them the papers and take your %and watch for it to print out... then it takes a 300 and sixty 5 days after u get ur enable to get ur license.. wish that helps ya =)
