like mabey shaving your head and then putting some kind of sealant on your head to block the pores.

If you block all your pores you will have sever skin rash, acne, dry skin and possibly other skin problems. Your hair and scalp need natural oils to stay healthy. Just wash your hair (with oily hair products) and don't put any greasy products on it. If you shaved your head, you could use a toner on it to remove excess oil (and may a wax product if you like your head shiny) but then you would still have to apply sunscreen to avoid sun burn, sun damage and skin cancer risks.
