The Catholic Church allows marriage between Catholics and non-Catholics.
Because the Church recognizes the tremendous challenge that the interfaith couple will face, they may have to get permission from the bishop.
For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, sections 1633-1637: http://www.usccb.org/catechism/text/pt2sect2chpt3art7.htm#1633

Yes they can, but, why? I'm an Adventist and would never consider marrying a Catholic. Why? Their would be severe theological issues that would have to be addressed that could cause problems in the family.
GOD bless

i'm a seventh day adventist.
the answer is a 7th day adventist can marry a catholic or even anybody from other religions/denominations but you can not be married at church. when you marry somebody outside your religion, you have to be baptised with their religion. it goes the same way to those people from other denominations who would want to marry seventh day adventists.
the bible made it clear how dangerous it is yoking with unbelievers.

anyone can marry a Catholic, they will simply not be offered the Eucharist when it's time for communion at the wedding mass.
