Yes I have, at least he claims to be god.

He's some weird homeless guy that I see from time to time and he's always saying that he's god and proclaiming that he'll destroy the earth. But if people give him some spare change he'll relent and spare us this tragedy.

God is not in the universe She is the universe.

She created the universe from the only thing that She had available, Herself. There is no point where God stops and something else starts.

You and the most distant star from you in the universe both exist within the idea of God. God is experiencing through all of us all of the time.

This is a difficult concept for most people to comprehend because they have been taught nonsense about God. Like the idea that God lives far away on a cloud called heaven. God is not a raindrop. Raindrops live in clouds Not God. This is foolishness.

Jesus told us that the kingdom of God is within us. This is true because each and every one of us exist as a part of God. We live and move within our loving source. There is no moment or possibility that we can ever be apart from her.

Forget the silly stories that you have been told about a distant God that lives in the clouds. Look around you. Everything and everyone that you see is God.

Love and blessings.
Don

First things first.....

What is God?
God is an "Effulgent All Encompassing Power" that is beyond compare.

Who is God?
God is the Divine Consciousness within this power that lovingly dictates all things.

This consciousness came out of the darkness and reflected upon itself. From this self reflection came awareness. This awareness was empty and need feeling to understand its true being. Now we can understand the need for human beings, that which has physical form.

When the Prophets came to earth to enlighten man regarding the Creator they took physical form. A being in physical form can not optically gaze upon the creator (God). Thus, when God wanted to communicate with man he needed an intermediary. This intermediary is known to man as Archangel
Gabriel. These Archangels have always brought messages from God to man.

In short, no man has visually experienced God, but we can see Gods handiwork throughout the world in the actions and qualities of many human beings.
I hope this sheds a tiny amount of light on the question you posed.

The closest I've ever seen to God is seeing the sun come up over the mountain and its reflection on a glass lake early in the morning. It's the most beautiful sight in the world to me. After taking it all in I'm ready for a day of catching some of God's fish for lunch!!

The answer depends on what/who you consider to be god.

If you define god as the pine tree in front of my house, yes, I have seen god.

If you define god as some supernatural deity that lives in the sky, no, I have not seen god.

If you define god as some homeless vagabond that frequents the train stations, I would not know if I have seen god. How can you tell if you have seen god, if you do not know what god is or what he/she/it looks like?

Assuming you are asking about the Creator, Author of the Bible, and human viewers; no one alive. As Exodus 33:20 tells us, "no one may see me and yet live." This is because 'we can't handle the truth' of God.
