How do I get certain songs inot a playlist that is already in shared music that was downloaded from limewire?

I know how to add playlist but I want to add certain songs from shared music list.

I wanted to go shared tunes in itunes library then click on shared music and then pick certain songs for a playlist do i still need to go to my computer?

go on my computer then shared music then left click the music and then add to my playlist
