Real sugar. Splenda and sweet'n low are both just scary chemical sweeteners discovered in a lab. Artificial sweeteners have also been shown to increase appetite and cravings for more sugar. Stick with the real stuff. Even though it actually has calories, it's still better for you.

raw or all natural sugar is healthier. unpasteurized honey would be the best choice if ur really concerned about ur health. splenda, and sweeteners like this may not have sugar, but the chemicals they have are very damaging, and can even cause cancer. you can do a research online, its worth it.

Actually, straight up sugar is the best, even though it really isn't healthy for you, it is better than artificial sweeteners.
