Two minutes is the time you need to spend brushing just your teeth, this does not include flossing or mouth rinse. Allow extra time for brushing the tissue, roof of the mouth and tongue.
Additional information: Although 2 minutes is a guideline, it's not written in stone. Some people take longer than others to brush effectively. So take your time with brushing, when your finished run your tongue around all of your teeth. If you feel anything rough or "fuzzy" feeling especially along the gum line, that is plaque and you need to re-brush to remove it. Hope this helps!

Two to three minutes. Also use a soft tooth brush. A hard tooth brush is rough on your teeth and gums. It will make them break down.

10 minutes!!! Do you have any gums left? I believe its supposed to be like 2 minutes or so, they make kids toothpaste that plays Yankee doodle or abc song and that is how long your supposed to brush.

Two minutes is all. Over brushing is not good, you can wear away enamel.
