I have made a webpage, and saved it as 'mywebpage.html', which will show it on browser. I also want to save it as what it shows on the notepad. I tried that, but I come back to it again the next day, it disappears. What am I doing wrong? I want to see the code in notepad.

I have done the same with Firefox. The problem is that I cannot get it to stay. It disappears. Only the Firefox document stays.

Open your page in Internet Explorer, then click on View menu > Source. The HTML code shows up inside the Notepad. Now select Save As from Notepad’s File menu and give a name to the file and the code is saved.

All you have to do is right click on the document and open with notepad then you will see the code.

be careful when saving from notepad.
the default is to add TXT to the end of the document.
notepad will add this ending if you press the SAVE button.
I suggest doing a SAVEAS and change the ending to .html

Good luck.

I am patiently waiting to see the webpage. hehe :-)
