She is only 3 years older than me and she thinks she can boss me around and run me over. She thinks she can rule over my mom sometimes too. She is cussing at me and says if I can use the phone or not and the computer.. should I tell my mom?

Tell her you already have a mother and dont need another one, then ignore what she says. She cant tell you what to do.

Yes, you should tell your mother. You're sister has the right to care about you and be concerned with what you are doing, but ultimately she should not be disciplining or cussing you out. Talk to your mom, and see what happens. Good luck.

if you sister bosses your mom around, what good would it do to tell her your sister cusses at you about the phone and computer.

your mother apparently doesn't have much control of her own home.

that's too bad.

you didn't say how old either of you are and when she bosses you around. Is it when your mom is not there and she is in charge? My daughter is older then my son and when my hubby and I are gone she is in charge. If it is while your mom is home then just ignore her.

Wow, she sounds like a real bossy B????. Don't listen to her, who the hell does she think she is? She is no better than you or anyone else. She needs someone to set her straight... Tell your mom.

yes, you should definately tell your mom.
The one in charge should be your mom not your sister.

Older brothers and sisters can take on the roll of power with youger siblings, but sometimes they get a bit carried away.
