What Peace Process? In November 2006 the Napal government signed a comprehensive peace agreement. Peace has been achieved, it is on paper. It is done. Success. Or do you mean this didn’t solve the problem?

Peace will be achieved if the parties agree on their negotiation that is both beneficial to them and for the people.
