If any mother had to watch her son be tortured, then crucified, hanging on a post until he died, it would be such a shattering experience that one would never recover from the grief and trauma.
There is a special place in my heart for this mother. It doesn't matter whether you are Christian, atheist, or any religion, we can all feel love and sympathy for a woman in these circumstances. May peace and comfort fill the hearts of every woman who has lost a child.

I love the Blessed Virgin Mary. Not only is she Jesus' Mother she is also the Mother of Heaven and Earth.

What's not to like? What an incredible woman to have raised Jesus under the circumstances she was in. She was brave, courageous, kind, generous, and spiritual.
