They are annoying for the same reason the first century Christians were annoying. People find it annoying when others come to their home with a one-on-one message. Some in the first century were so annoyed, they had the disciples flogged. Then they ordered them to stop preaching.

As to getting paid, are you serious? No, it is not true. Witnesses don't get paid to do anything.

You are welcome.

First, define annoying, then I could possibly answer. Keep in mind that other than our group/personal effort to follow the Bible, we ALL have our own personallities, some of which, to some people might be annoying.

NO, we are by no means paid to preach. I recently read on here someone asking if we must bequeath 10,000 in our wills to the Watchtower Bible and Tract society, I will answer that as well, NO

hahahahah $12 an hour? honey we do this for free. we volounteer our time just as Jesus did to preach the good news, we only recieve Blessings from Jehovah. Mathew 24:14.

If you find us annoying thats your oppinion, Nothing anyone says is going to make me stop preaching, it was a commandment fromJehovah.

It is their doctrine to preach the gospel or good news to every one. they even have to report the hours they spend knocking on doors to the Field service rep if they don't they will be counted inactive. a pioneer has to report a certain amount of hours also to stay a pioneer. they tally the numbers for every country and publish them once a year so it's a very important factor to knock on them doors.

No.

The work they do is voluntary and the literature is free.
